Time to begin in Rotterdam now that I’m settled. The new gym is pretty nice as you can see in the photo. Otherwise, I just tried to get back in the swing of things. Lifting heavy again and first week of a dynamic wave. I’m going to use my old benchmarks converted to kg and see if any problems arise. That’s 225/160/240. Everything felt better now that I’m eating more. See what happens next week when I try an actual max.
